Image quality
The higher the quality of the image you provide us with the better your result will be. You can however also send us lower quality designs and we will upscale them for you as part of our service to you. We want you to be aware though that there will be a quality loss compared to an original high resolution image.

- The best image quality
In order to get the best results your graphic should be in a resolution of 2400 x 1700 pixels or higher. That is about 150 dpi (dots per inch). 

- The best image type
We can handle many different types of images, but the best result we get with *.PDF (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign etc.) If you have any questions please mail us support .at. noidpad.com   

- My favourite wallpaper
If you like your favorite wallpaper as surface on your NOIDpad, then make sure that you will get the highest resolution which is available. The resolution like 1600 x 1200 pixels would be optimal for the pad - there could be a quality lose of max 2 %.



Colours and design
If you design your own mouse pad, please check out some important advices that will make things easier.

- The colour type
There are different options for printing surfaces. RGB (3) colour mode and CMYK (4). We work with CMYK. If you use RGB image types, you can switch directly between colour modes in your photo editor software.

- The difference between screen and print design
A print will never look exactly the same as the screen design. This is because of many different factors, e.g. the saturation of colour. There is usually no need to worry but we still want to inform you that there may be a difference.

- I don´t know what to design?
If you have no clue what to put on the pad, you could maybe think of looking at one of our ready-made designs such as Signature series. If you or clan want to get in contact with a pad designer, send us an e-mail: info .at. noidpad.com and we will try to help you. Keep in mind that  designers usually want to get paid for their work.

- What must I do for a sponsoring deal ?
